35th ANNUAL MEETING
Saturday, May 21, 2022 @ 1 pm
All members are welcome to join the weekly Saturday morning class and stay for a potluck lunch. The Annual Meeting begins after lunch, and will be in-person and on Zoom.
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:
9:00 - 10:30 am Class meets at Madison Square Park, located at 23rd St. & Broadway. In case of rain, we meet at our Center. (For those members who cannot attend the outdoor practice, Leon will be teaching his regularly-scheduled class on Zoom, from 9:30 - 10:30.)
10:30 am - noon Class shifts to practicing at the Center. In continuation of the Center's policy, all members wishing to participate in the indoor class, the lunch and the meeting must be vaccinated.
Noon Potluck lunch--bring a dish to share.
1:00 pm Annual Meeting, in person and on Zoom. Welcoming remarks by the President and committee reports. Members will elect the Board of Directors; we conclude with an open discussion period. We will start zooming at 12:30 to allow time for people to say "hi" before the meeting.
