Qing Ming Tea Time–find out more

"Qing Ming" Tea Time

SUNDAY, APRIL 3, 2022 |  4 PM

ON ZOOM

The Tea-Time event evolved from our Thursday morning meditation group. In the spirit of curiosity and exploration, we sit together with the purpose of bonding over a cup of tea and using this opportunity to listen and share our thoughts, emotions and experiences to better understand the transformation of the Seasonal Qi influences.

To celebrate the Qi Node of the upcoming season, Qing Ming, is to relate to the nature of this season. The Spring festival of Qing Ming (Clarity and Brightness) is the time when families visit graves and pay respect to their ancestors. We are commemorating a time to remember the past while recognizing the renewal of Spring.

Let us gather together with fellow members and friends over a cup of tea to explore this connection with nature and the integration to our practice of wellness!

We can use this opportunity to listen and share our thoughts of how we can respond to our world with "clarity and bright illumination!"

You are invited to share your thoughts and creativity (poetry, artwork, music) relating to the theme "commemorating a time to remember the past while recognizing the renewal of Spring." Please e-mail your artwork before March 30 to Eve: Eveadler@yahoo.com

Recommended tea selection is Long Jing or a fresh green tea harvested in the Spring.

If you are on our mailing list, you received an invitation with the Zoom link. Email us (infoATnanlaoshuDOTnet) if you need it sent to you again.
