Morning Meditation Series

Thursdays
8:00 - 9:00 am

Join us for a weekly morning guided meditation session led by Ruby Shih.

Start the day with gentle awareness as we connect with ourselves and each other. We calm our hearts to sense a deeper connection to Nature’s Qi for nourishment & healing. Sitting as a group, we generate a stronger Qi field to support each other and our community.

Free to current members.
